Prior to founding “Cresta Property Services” Mr. Ivan Azzopardi was a Manager and a Director of one of the leading Real Estate Agents on the Island. With over 20 years experience in the property field, he realised that there was a vacuum in the after sales care of clients who invested in property in Malta.
With this in mind he delved into the different issues that crop up after a property was purchased. Designing and finishing or renovating a new property could be a headache for the ones who cannot spare the time for it. Then comes the furnishing of all rooms in order to make it comfortable and ready to move into. Once the property is ready for occupation, Property Management Services ensure that it keeps its value by maintaining and cleaning it. Should the client want to relocate to Malta, there is the added hassle of shipping personal items, finding schools for the children e.t.c. All of which Cresta Services now caters for, on behalf of the client.
Condominium Administration is targeted at the ever increasing number of units in a block of flats. This service ensures the maintenance and cleanliness of all common areas within the block are managed in an effective and timely manner. Project Management and creating Show Flats in new blocks of flats, assist the developer to speed up the finishing and sales of the project. Finally being a tied intermediary of Citadel Insurance p.l.c. ensures that all assets are well protected in case of any mishaps. Mr. Ivan Azzopardi also passes on, all his experience in Real Estate by offering consultancy services to up and coming Estate Agents.
